good morning hope you are all well, did read back but as normal retained nothing.
still jogging about 5k three times a week but very slow think I can walk faster..

Only one week after taking the silver medal in the Scottish marathon championships he does this with only 7 days rest .
The Scottish Half Marathon team medals are as follows:
Men – Gold Shettleston 14; Silver Corstorphine AAC 27; Bronze Falkirk Victoria 51.
Women – Gold Fife 24; Silver Victoria Park-Glasgow 24; Bronze Dumbarton AAC.
The Vets medals are as follows:
Men – Gold Scott Kennedy (Shettleston), Silver Stuart Campbell (Corstorphine), Bronze Scott Bradley (Carnegie).
Women – Gold Avrial Mason (Shettleston), Silver Lisa Finlay (Dumfries), Lindsey Currie (Dumbarton).
Sorry can't help being a bit self centered after this so pleased for him as hard work pays off.
