i thinK Adie Waters said Pegwell Bay is 3.03 so a tad on the short side.. still a quick route though,  i'd have hopefully just beaten 19:00 for the full distance and i've never managed that in Windy Whitstable

decided to Pegwell in the end, really enjoyed it! The route is a nice 2 laps around the reserve and ran a fast time (but  think it is a bit shorter than 5K). Alex Kavanagh and Chris Brenchley had another epic battle and Chris just pipped Alex again. Michael Coleman flew round in 15:30 (!)

MAidstone Park Run was good - well worth the occasional trip. Nasty uphill finish but pretty flat apart from that and very scenic along the river. Been trying to get a place in the Lottery run in the olympic stadium all day and the website has crashed, bet i'll miss out when it finally comes back (if my boss reads this, i have been working in between attempting to get a place in that run...)
