On Thursday night at the Hill and Dale Race 5 – Moughanmore a runner took ill and very sadly, despite the best efforts of fellow competitors, passed away. The Hill and Dale Race committee and all Newcastle AC members pass on our condolences to the runners family at this very sad time
Well done to all who ran yesterday. Thanks for the medal Mags I was very tired coming over the line, good to see friendly faces, Joe and yourself. 2 mara's in a week both quicker than my previous PB.
Big shout and congrats to Leek, first marathon in over 20 years and he runs a 2:59 as v50, class is permanent.

Belfast has manny positives but as I have said before it is time for a new route!
