hello. I have a similar pain at the outside bottom corner of my right knee. The doc said it was probably meniscus or cartilage damage, gave me a weeks course of strong anti inflamatories, and has me booked in for an MRI, and after that probably keyhole surgery. I'd recomend a visit to a sports doctor.... |

Hello, I now get all my glasses from spex4less, a uk based site. They offer full refund if not satisfied. I've had no problems with them. I saw this on ebay http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=280228959508 I've not tried them but I'm tempted to at the price.... if I order some at the weekend I'll let you know what they're like. |

http://www.yoursole.co.uk/ I've just ordered these to use in ski boots. I was hoping to be able to use them afterwards in my running shoes. Anyone used these before, for running or otherwise? (I'm a duck footed alleged over pronator using saucony hurricane 9, with no real complaints, however.... i appear to be getting a bit of weakness and pain on the upper outside of my knee joints.) |
