Had a really good race upto 30 miles then 3 miles later felt really sick and loss of energy. Couldn't run could just about walk. Got to 40 miles and stuffed acouple of bowells of soup down and black sweet coffee. then went to my car took acouple of salt tabs half a bottle of coke, pringles and some cake. Felt a lot better but stll took nearly 4 hours to do a lap.
Pulled out at 50 miles and 15hrs. My slowest 50 on this course
Got home and filled me face with more food couple of hours sleep and felt so much better went for a long hilly walk with my wife.
