i haven't even bothered trying to set up my watch for intervals...probably a bit silly but I reckon I'm still at a stage where just running is an achievement! just use the splits as a rough guide and memory jogger for how i felt at the time!

I'm just hoping that I get to sleep after running tonight! going from the last 3 times it doesn't look good!

congrats Mij & Sister!

intervals tonight for me too! I need to as I caved and had some of the coffee cake in the office...it was worth it though!!

Min - can you add Bristol 10k to the race list for me, 15th May...OH's sis lives there and I convinced her over Christmas that she wanted to come and do it with me! and Birchwood 10k on the 21st of August (my birthday! not sure the normal way I'd celebrate )!!!

Ickle legs - I'd rather you kept the secrets of liv 1/2 to yourself...what i don't know won't hurt me...until I'm trying to run it!!

((((Cabbey))))) stupid post should have taken evasive action! hope it gets sorted/fixed soon?!

I'm pleased withmyself as lost 4lbs this week! not sure my weighing in is scientifically accurate (diff times/clothing!) but I'll take it for now! went for a little run on saturday so didn't feel too guilty having a few glasses of red at the party! oh, and a couple of whiskey macs but they were medicinal (lots of kids at the party so preventative cold remedy )

the run on sat was slow and painful - super windy and my quads still felt like bricks...but 4 and a bit km done...going for a swim at lunch, and cycling home from the station...the only problem with all this healthy living is it's taken over my life...I'm so busy logging everything i eat/do! haha!

hi everyone...yet another slapped wrist for being a very bad forumite...i appear to have got a bit obsessed with myfitnesspal.com and fetch for logging everything I do and then feel guilty for being sooooooo distracted from my gainful employment!

Have bitten the bullet and gone to a club tuesday was first session (interval/speed work!) and then last night was muster...turned out to be the longest of their 3 routes and I struggled along for 4.5miles but then my quads felt like bricks and I ran/walked the last mile and a half...but I did it and am pretty bloomin chuffed with myself as I did from the beginning of December really and hadn't run since middle of November (sprained ankle/weather issues!)

mykey  - I'm on the I'nbetweenies - not skinny, not fat git, want to lose about a stone' thread...though not had my first post resolution weigh in yet so fingers crossed!

 hope everyone's ok!
