Definitely not running a half tomorrow as I would end up racing it lol
if I did I would perhaps run 6/7 slowly and then do some mp after. Will be watching a half tomorrow supporting other runners feeling grumpy as I feel I am running well.
Just about to head out for 13/14. roll on two weeks
Won't worry about the weather until I have to pack. will probably change between now and then.
don't mind a bit of drizzle about half way through as long as it's not heavy. just don't want wind (of either sort
Managed 3 x 20M runs (longest I've done before was 1 x 19) so hopefully improve on the 4:01 PB.
Looking at 13/15 Miles this weekend. Cut the mileage down but keep the number of runs the same and try and put a bit of quality/quick work in.
Everything sorted (train, eurostar, accommodation, medical certificate) Another week and i'm sure the nerves will start to kick in.
Would love to be going for 3:45 but i think I've made up my mind to go for 3:50 (8:45 a mile looks a lot easier than 8:35)
Not sure on breakfast but probably have coffee, cereal and some sort of toast/croissant. Normally have a sausage sandwich but Mrs Eskimo did not seem keen on that idea lol, Eating in the morning is not normally an issue so just need to fuel up enough for the marathon (or at least till i get a glass of wine in my hand )
