I ran to lose weith but started eating more. I'm half a stone heavier than I was a year ago but much fitter and faster.
Funny that, I lost a great deal of weight between January and May, 5 stone.
Since May I have stayed at exactly 13 1/2 stone, though people keep saying I'm still losing weight. Guess I reached sort sort of balance and am now replacing my fat with muscle. Certainly feel fitter and stronger than in May
