As an absolute beginner in both running and writing a post on a forum so not sure if I am doing it right? After some serious health issues my goal is to get back to health and fitness. ultimate goals are to complete a 10k and a sprint triathlon my worst enemy is my head telling me I cant!
Hi I am a 50plus absolute beginner but already addicted. I like the variety and the challenge of each form of training with swimming being the strongest and running my weakest but on a learning curve at the moment. Good luck with your triathlon.
