Hi Mike Thanks for all the advice and guidance over the last few months, you had been great! x x I wanted to enjoy the whole experience and for me the training schedules were just great and running the marathon was the most amazing thing I have done in my life, I enjoyed every mile and had plenty of time to look around, enjoy the sites and the crowds. I smiled the whole way round and even sprinted the last 400m finishing in 4.35. Does anyone else remember doing the YMCA, cant remember where I was at this point, but it was so funny.? Kindest Regards Tracyxxxxx |

If I rest all week will I be able to run at weekend? Or should i just forget about run take things really easy. Tracy |

Hello I,m a first timer, done a few halfs, please with times. Using the RW marathon programme training going fine, have joined a gym and have been told to use this to strenghen my core! but unsure what exercises i should do, they have written me a programme but i seem to be doing lots of leg work. I am happy with my running and dont really want to work my legs to much at gym, but really dont know what i should be doing. Can any one help? | Hiya, used this for my half, very accurate, really pleased. It suggests i can do FLM in under 4hrs, if i do that it would be amazing for me as a first timer. |
