Hi all,

Just popping in to wish you all the best of luck. Especially to Toby3, Poohbear and Snowmaiden. Toby - good luck on your 4th, I will be signing up for number 5, how about you? Poohbear and Snowmaiden good luck on your first marathon and enjoy the experience.

Hello to Yvonne and I'm glad to see you will be back again next year.

After Brighton and London I will be going back to ultras and multi days for the rest of the year.

All the best and enjoy the weekend.

Well done Toby and Poohbear with your new P.B's

Lombster - welcome back.

My 50 mile run on Saturday became a 44 mile run because of course changes due to the flooding along the Thames, enjoyed it though a little tired now!

Still looking forward to it, though unsure how my body is going to cope with 50 miles on the road.

No e-mail for me yet.

Thanks for all the route updates.

Getting excited now, I hope peoples niggles calm down for Saturday.

Hoping to have my husband meet me at CP3 with dry trainers and socks.

Good luck!

Hi everyone,

Its been a while. I have the Thames Trot 50 on Saturday and then I am back to marathon training

Toby - well done with the ongoing weight loss.

Green Fairy - thanks for the count down

It looks like I will have to read back quite a few pages. I hope everyone is o.k and the running is going well.
