This looks good. I'm following the Garmin sub 3:30 training schedule for VLM (http://bit.ly/sub330marathon) and need a half-mara on Feb 12. Was hoping for something a bit easier than this though!
Is it road surface the whole distance or is there trail too?

Cheers Steady... my running partner is insisting we can go sub 1:45 - he did a 1:53 last year. Are the RW people getting together at all before or after the race... we were chatting last night about rewarding ourselves with a beer or two and maybe a bite to eat?
