I am willing to travel a bit, this PF is a real pain and holds back so many aspects of my life now. I work around it but could do so much more. I have two sets of insoles from an NHS podiatry specialist but these haven't cured it and I'm not really sure exactly how much help they really are so I want to try and find something else that does work. Cheers Andy |

But that's just a tiny expensive shop isn't it? I was thinking more of somewhere with specialist testing equipment, gait analysis and all that. Maybe? Cheers Andy |

I would like to buy some new running shoes but because I suffer from chronic plantar fasciitis in my left foot I really need to get footwear that are absolutely the most suitable to help ease the problem. Anyone know where is the nearest place to Northampton to get my feet 'analysed' at a sensible cost. Thanks in advance Andy |

Hiya, I have started taping up my foot to help with PF but the suggested zinc oxide tape is being a real pain, not sticking to my foot or itself very well but clinging to everything else that it touches and ending up in an expensive mess. Are there any alternatives to this tape? Thanks in advance Andy |

| Is this particular taping up just for when running or for general use when trying to get 'better'? |
