Did 2 miles in 11.27min per mile far better than last week I was up at the 12.30 mark.
Think I have lost 6lbs so its a start.
Weather was sunny hope you guys did a session laters
2miles with 11.27 splits..(splits lol ) first mile last week was 12.23 so defo a bit quicker.
Then did the gym for an hour with a mile walk up 6% and 3 mile on the bike.
Felling good weather was sunny hope some of you guys found time for a session

Hi peeps started running (again) needing to lose at least 2 stone probably 3.
At only 5feeet 3 I have climbed to 14stone 4 on the 2/1/14
down to 14stone tonight and gotten in 3 slow runs of 2 miles.
Will defo need help and advice cheers.
