Thanks for that - I find if I cut down too much I can't sustain it - not enough energy for running and end up off the wagon - then it takes such an effort to cut down again, and hey presto - yo yo and weight gain - hard to find middle ground, but it's hard for everyone I guess!!
BT....out of interest did WW give you daily calorie limit and so did you add on calories suggested by garmin/strava for each run? I've now reached 60 and oh boy does your food intake change- body doesn't need same quantity of food anymore but sadly runger remains unchanged. Reckon I've gradually gained a stone over the last year plus (shhhh) 'middle aged spread'!!!
