My sleeves/pockets are always well stocked with tissues which is fine....until it rains!!
I also try and get to 180 steps/min, but only ever seem to manage it at races.

Did my long run today, 16m, and hoping the legs will be well-recovered for a little 5m local race on Sunday!

Iain, glad you've got appt with physio, hope they can help. Good that you can cycle in the meantime. I find cycling really hard work...have got a bike-but its a 'sit up and beg' type, complete with basket & a bell!!!
Sk enjoy your 20m tomorrow. I always try and do long runs midweek now that I don't work..lanes always seems quieter than at wkends. Managed 16m this morning, nice 'n steady, and hoping the legs will be recovered for Sunday's little 5m race!
