WW- am probably looking at the sprint tri at Southwell, it's run by the same people as the Mansfield one although I think it's a hillier course, but I will have about six weeks to train

bad news for me i'm afraid

have had to pull out of my tri this coming weekend due to chest infection am totally gutted, sat here hacking up all sorts of horrible stuff sob !sob! feeling very sorry for m yself

hope everybody else is ok and the training is going well

am not giving up and am looking to do something later in the year , possibly at the end of may

WW- the training seems to be going great keep up the good work!! am totally jealous especially since the sun has come out !!!! lol x

soup dragon, my road bike was only cheap off of ebay but the difference between that and my mountain bike is huge, feel like could really fly (if it wasn't for the pinga verses traffic issues that i have,brakes all the way down hill!!!!)
