As I very cautiously nudge off the injury bench...attention Bath halfers. I had to get a vip package for my entry but turns out it's a pretty good deal with prerace coffee/tea, parking, during race snack for supporters, showers and post race buffet fod you and two guests. Works out at around £12 each. Around the cost of a pub lunch. So we're going VIP *snort*. Keysersuze has pmed a few people from the events list so we can arrange upgrade buddies etc. Anyone else who's coming to bath pm me or Keysersuze. Bring on the partay tent and postrace buffet!!! There will be cake.
And the last 2015 purple where the foch top is taken! There's 60 tops in circulation this year so keep your eyes open for them. You never know where or when the paris forum with represent...well unless you read the race list each week
Hello all, old and new *waves*!!! Been lurking but unfortunately not enough time to post anything. So on 5 mins...20milers in training: I'm a convert to them but take very slowly and use more for psychological and nutrition testing. Core work: used to do it after each run but now fiz has me doing it before runs. Activates muscles ready for run and can keep form better than when muscles tired after a run. My thighs: wooble wooble wooble as very unfit at the moment but they'll get there...at some point
Annnddd...for anyone who missed out I have one mens L "where the foch..." purple tshirt left. £7+p&p (£2 in uk).
I think there's also a couple of people that msged me about the supporters guide (msg me your email if you want a copy). I'll get on to it asap.
Annddd....some great training going on! But boo on the injuries I am still having a "fun" time with my hip but meh, should be able to have a wee jaunt around paris
