Hmmm

Thanks everybody. I'm starting to feel a bit nervous about the bet now.

(20% body fat??!! I'm at about 23% right now.)

My one saving grace is that it is the person who gets "nearest" and he has a lot more weight to lose and does no exercise...

Hopefully I will win by default due to his chocolate addiction.

Is it possible for me to get a six pack in two months? I'm a fairly fit 25 year old girl and I think I would need to lose about half a stone.

What is the best way to do it?

My motivation is sound people, I want to win a bet with my boss!

Thank you for any help.

The basic difference is yoga gives you more flexibility and is very calming, whilst pilates is more to do with core stability (developing strong mid section). From your post you say you are looking for flexibility so I would go with yoga. Or why not try both and see what you prefer?
