| Started at late 13-early 14, running 1.5 miles everyday in preperation for going into the Army and because people said I was getting a belly, used to take me a long time, probaly about 13 mins when I first started. 2 years later, a triathlon, 1 victory in track and 1 x country shiel, my pb is 8:14 for 1.5 and I go into the Army in 3 weeks. I too want to take my running to the next level. |
