I agree with you all, a very challenging run, very undulating but quite a few long inclines/hills they appeared to be never ending until the last mile which was down hill at which my legs where heavy and i was sapped. Respect to those doing full Marathon Overall great race, but disappointed wasnt medal. |

Looking forward to this race, glad its not a flat boring one, I like a few hills, as you can make time up on the other side. Hope its not too warm though, few showers might be nice to cool us down. Good luck everyone Enjoy |

Well I did the 3O K, Love it although i must confess found it hard going probably down to heat. Garmin said i did 20.33, however i did slightly get lost, due to sign being up higher up in the trees, and as i was focused straight ahead didnt look up, so think i did half mile more. As for the course a tough one, heat didnt help though, hills/inclines seems to go on forever, but loved the course, thought i was lost again at one point after the race course, no sign/arrow for ages, then i saw green arrow, i was a little relieved. Glorious scenery, well orgainsed Race. Maybe back next yr for Marathon |
