Thank you for your information as this gives me a boost to continue and run as well as i can for my club. I have had a quite low pulse for many years but as stated in some comments it is due to continuous good quality training, but also i feel a good diet to go with it.
Hi Mike Sheridan, thank you for such a positive response and I only hope I can improve to better times as you say. I would like to say that as long as I am out running with club members and other runners, this is the most important thing.
Hi Brian Slack, if I can motivate myself to do better than I thought posible why can't you. What I have learned is the stress of achieving you goal is allways hard work, but with dedication and self belief it can improve. Not forgetting what we all agreed previously as long as your in good health and listen to your body.
