Thanks for your help. Eltonioni - yes a couple of 500ml would be more than fine - i've actually just come back from town where I found a belt in Sportsworld (Karrimor) that carries 2 x 450ml bottles so I'm going to give it a go and I shall report back
So I have tried a few different running belts over the years, but I am yet to find one that carries LOTS of liquid for those really long runs...and more importantly a belt that when carrying lots of liquid, doesn't either have the water bottles flying out when you run, or make the belt uncomfortable etc.
Any recommendations from ones you have all tried/like? I don't care if it costs me an arm and a leg, so long long as for once I get it right!
Hello everyone - my extra mileage (and change of trainers) has started having bad effects on both my knees - although one is worse than the other.... I don't want to stop running even though I've taken 5 days off so far, so I'm wondering if anyone can help me please with the best solid knee brace that will enable me to continue running and training (for a marathon). Any ideas? I can try taping too - does anyone know how good taping is for this injury too? Anyone with previous experience??
