Hi, ah sorry..and thanks for the reply.

have done 4 Marathons since 2007...the Halstead run back in May of this year which had a few inclines...done two 15 Milers in the past couple weeks at weekends...have only been able to squeeze in 1 or 2 runs mid week 5-6 miles each time after cycling....usually over hilly ground...

about 2-3 long runs left....and aiming to get more mid week runs in....

as i've always stuck to schedules religiously in the past its been fine, with me having to cycle to and thro from work and not been able to fit in as many mid week runs, i was just a little un-sure if i really need to pick up the mid weeks runs somehow or that the cycling would help.....many thanks.

Good luck to all doing the Snowdonia Marathon!!

I'm doing this one and have had to cycle to (7 Hilly Miles) and back (7 HIlly Miles)...5 days a week, fittin g in a couple mid week runs but also doing long slow at weekends...the ride home is quite hilly so get a great thigh burning workout every day...with doing some core stuff at home aswell...should this be of help for running Snowdonia....a bit worried my legs are feeling tired from the cycling as only been doing it for 4 weeks....i'll certainly cut back on the cycling in the last week or so before the run...any advice much appreciate...

also, is there a certain pub in Llanberris for drinks after that most go after the run?

Many thanks!!

if you've not done much hill training you'll prob find it a lot tougher...if you've done your training up til then i reckon you'll be fine, just take things easy on the day...
