That's what I feared! Much prefer the raspberry one but have trained with a variety just in case |

Hi
I know there are lucozade sport stations on VLM, but does anyone know what flavour they give out? |

Hi
I'm running London marathon in April (first marathon) and am worried about being undertrained, but I don't know if I am or not? Or if I should be doing something different in the next couple of weeks before taper.
As with everyone else I have a busy life and so this has been my rough schedule up to now:
Mon - boot camp (mix of cardio and resistance work, lots of squats and lunges) Tues- rest or run approx 6 miles Weds - rest or boot camp (depending on if rested on tues) Thurs - running club (alternate weeks of either 7ish miles or speed work session) Fri -rest Sat- long run (built up from 10 to 20. Last few have been 15,16,18,20). 20 was today. Sun - rest
So, I feel ok having done the 20M today (although it was quite tortuous past 16M) but I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions of what to do midweek? Would a few 10-12 milers help over next few weeks?
I know it's better to be undertrained than go too mad, I guess I'm after some experienced people to help me work out a balance? Thanks |

You're definitely not alone Katie and Sally - I'm panicking too!
I honestly don't know how people fit 4-5 runs/week around normal life. I'm lucky to manage 3/week around work and family. I'm lucky to have avoided injury so far, but keen to keep in that way. Did 20 miles today which was torture after about 15 |
