Morning all. In my humble opinion, yes there are faults with this race but they don't detract from a fabulous post christmas run. It's a small back to basics 10km which is all the better for it, and still one of my favorites having done it for the last four years. I'd be gutted if i failed to get in-it's becoming a tradition. Keep up the good work and don't change it too much
I might as well comment although of course boring and irrelevent. The british guidlines are that antibiotic prophylaxis should not be routinely given. These recommendations have been in force for a number of years now. Phew, glad to get that off my chest- now back to running............
