I wonder if anyone can give me some advice, I'm running the NY marathon in November and was wondering where would be the best place to obtain some health insurance to ensure that in the event of injury or worse (god forbid) that I would be covered?  any advice welcome

All, was waiting until after the FLM to see if my legs were up to a half so soon after and luckily they are.  Unfortunately the entry has closed, does anyone know how I can still get in to the race or has anyone picked up a late injury and could pass on their entry?

Is the 405 the best training tool on the market (if I can get one) for someone who has stamina and little speed and wants to speed up?

I've just completed my first marathon and was going to treat myself to a toy as a present do you think the 405 would be the right choice as I currently just have an old stop watch but want to start improving and this looks like a good tool for the job and it looks nice!
