Anybody able to point me in the direction of suitable replacement shoes?

My Nikes have given up the ghost and while I've looked at the new Nike range, being a heavier runner with a suspect running style, nothing seems to be a direct replacement.

I've also got fairly broad feet which rules out some brands/designs.

All (helpful) advice grarefully received

A suggestion.....
If anybody's got a problem with trying to find the best way from home to Silverstone, try the AA website. Its got a route planner so you can choose whether to go by motorway or minor roads etc and they usually include service stations and the like as reference points.
I've used their routes to get about England and Wales several times without any problems.
good luck to all entrants and hopefully see you there!

Steve
