I agree with all the comments re target times. Please Smart Coach take note.  I am also particularly interested in the running adjustment for age US. website. .I shall certainly look that up as I am 66 and this year will have been runnng for 20 years and beleive me it doesn't get any easier just slower !

I am a veteran runner and I have a naturally ocurring irregular heart beat. It has been checked  (i.e. ECG ) by the doctor.I ocassionally use a Polar HRM when I run but it can jump up to 200 bpm within seconds of starting a run.and again during, Incidently I do not feel in the slightest bit stressed as a consequence and it soon settles down to my normal target zones but. as you can imagine it throws my averages into turmoil. I must confess it did worry me for a while but the doctor says I have no problems. However, I rarely use the HRM which seems a pity as I am sure it can be a great training tool.
