Hi All. I haven't been on the forum for a while so having a catch-up. If you haven'e already done so, please message me with your e-mail and mobile contact details and when I have them all, I'll distribute the list. Keep checking back for any news.
This thread has got away from it's intent. Any doubters out there - fact is, there's a good band of merry men (the floaters) that will drive to the far reaches of Scotland for a week or so each, just to keep the baton moving. This event WILL happen. It may take longer than anticipated for the baton to get round, but if I personally have to take the next 10 years worth of holidays to do it then it will happen.
Now lets get back to the main point. Get behind Hoose and make this happen.
And yes, that means YOU Mr.Runners-World. What's your problem. You will no doubt bask in the limelight when the time comes so get off your backside now and give a helping hand.
Hi All, I have the contact details (e-mail and mobile) for the following runners.
Please all send-me the same (click on Stotfold and them Message Me) and when I have the complete list I will e-mail it around s that we all have it to be ble to make detailed plans or for those on the day 'where exactly did you hide th baton' moments. Cheers. Stot
Hi All, we are in great shape for making this happen. I see a coule of posts are related to maybe not being able to get out to the coast during the week. While we should aim to keep the baton moving as quick as poss, I'd prefer that we all get a chance to take part even if that means the baton staying still for a day or two. Maybe we cram more into the weekends? There will no doubt be an element of re-planning nearer the day (and maybe even on the day).
