Hi Si, well done on your run. It will get easier ( that's what I'm telling myself anyway!)
I managed 60 minutes very gentle running at lunchtime.
Yoga tomorrow and the either parkrun or threadmill session at the weekend.

I hope to do general base training before marathon training in the new year.
I also need to enter some races! I have entered the Reading half which I did last year. Hope to do 60 minutes tomorrow!
