You're welcome Welshpoppy and good luck
Certainly a pb course, I ran this in 41:15 previous PB before that was over 42. downhill start then a slight climb back up to the pier then its all flat from there. Well attended 10k so arrive early.
The shoes have improved immensely, I had a pair 2 years ago which I agree were awful, but these ones I have now are no worse than a pair of cheaper range of Asics. That's only my opinion.
I have recently purchased a pair of Karrimor Pace running shoes from Sports Direct, I can't fault them, they are comfortable and have good cushioning @ £25.00 you can't go far wrong.
Wow well done on achieving the sub 40 Kenbro, my 10k PB is 41:15 set back in 2008 I will never break a sub 40 now being 6 years older I would be happy with sub 43 these days, great milestone you have reached there.
