hi rebecca. have ran for phab for the past 4 years and am still trying to break the elusive 3hr mark. best advice i can give is to relax as much as possible and try not to get caught up in everyone trying to give you all sorts of sweets and chocolate. you'll be craving it but try to resist and save yourself cramps and dreaded stitches around 18mls
thanks rabkebab. next saturday will be my last day for any high-jink's which should hopefully leave me nice & calm for the following weekend's events with a wee smile from the girl i'm with when i leave to catch my early morning flight to stanstead on the 16th. i truly hope everyone who is taking part in this marathon get's out of it what they hoped for
