Hi everyone, have been lurking on this thread umming and ahhing over whether to do it. Training has not been ideal but have decided to do it and just relax about time. Could anyone e mail me the course map. Find it hard to make sense of the segments.

 Good luck to everyone.

Don't tend to chase runners down if I see them in front but I definitely increase the pace and improve my form if I hear someone coming up behind me. Happens automatically without conscious thought.

Ran this as my first marathon this year and am looking to do it again in 2010. Really enjoyed it the run and the whole weekend. That greenway does seem to go forever though. May take ny sunglasses next time!

Yes you're not the only one. My goes loopy when it gets wet. Agree with keeping it locked.
