www.worthingphysio.co.uk and www.chichestersportstherapy.co.uk (sorry, my links never work!)

I can recommend both - the worthing physio, Mark Potter, sorted out my husband after a snapped achilles, and the Charles Farrant in chichester is a sports therapist who I've been seeing for nearly 2 years.

To quote Dara O'Briain - "Herbal medicine has been around for 1000s of years. It's all been tested, and the stuff that worked is now called "medicine""

If any of these lose weight fast herbal remedy type things really worked, you'd be able to get them on prescription from your GP.

Cheers Dr Dan! I am interested in the Vibrams, but I do worry that I'm carry a bit of extra weight, so will I suffer from lack of cushioning? I might get a pair for wearing around the house and see how I get on.

Anyway, easy 30 minutes today as part of my mini-taper for the 10k on Sunday.

Hi Everyone!  Long time to see to those who know me, and Hi to those who don't!

Well, the ITBS I got this time last year is now pretty much gone, and I am back training properly at last.  Shame about the fitness lost, and the weight gained in the meantime!

Anyway, I'm doing my first 10k in nearly a year this weekend, then pushing on to the Guernsey Half Marathon in June ( my sis moved out there last year, so I thought why not!).  Entered London and Brighton Marathons for next year, so will be doing one of them.  Let's hope my training goes a bit better this time, and I pay attention to any niggles!

Right, I'm in!  Again!  Must try not to get ITBS this time!

Entered London as well, so an April marathon is now a certainty.  Good luck everyone!
