Thought I would boing this thread as it has slipped down the ratings a bit.
Good luck to everybody at Dumbarton tomorow night, won't be able to do it due to work commitments.
Remember if you are wanting a fast time on this course you have to get of to quick start, because once you hit the cycle track there is very litle room for overtaking.

Agree with you about the road markers, made no difference to me though, I was just glad to get round.
I will have to check my work calendar as regards the other two races.
Since I work at Balloch slipway and The Vale of Leven race goes by there I should be able to get an hour off and have a crack at it.

EEyin, had a crack at the Clydebank last night after my week in The Algarve, slowest time ever 48mins.
Still, glad to get round after the winter I have had and it gives me a benchmark to improve on.

No medals or teeshirts just a nice run round and a few decent pubs afterwards to rehydrate.
