My advice wld be to join a club which holds events all over London. Serpentine running club wld be my choice, they have an excellent web site www.serpentine.org.uk

Good luck

I'm taking part this year for the first time. Have not run past 10K before and am worried about early pacing. Are there going to be any official pacers this year?

I live near Watford,Herts. Anyone elso from that part of the world taking part, please get in touch.

I am running on Sept 30. Just want to know if there will be any Runners World pacers this year? If so what are the details.
