Could someone please send me a link or a copy of Sub 3 Runners world plan.
Today i did two runs of 30 and 40. I enjoyed the morning runs but the evening run my watch went wrong straight away so the run was ruined straight away and not reliable and a session tomorrow for me.
Thank you very much for the advice. Today I am going to be doing 40min.
