I have just started running. I wanted to know what sort of training I should do.
Did the Ollie Memorial 5 in Kintbury. It is hilly and road and off terrain course. I came 2nd in 26.14. I was leading until 4 miles and got caught. Probably because I went off to fast and should have paced it better. But still had a good run.
32.40 for the Bupa 10 000. I came 52nd male.
32.40 for the Bupa 10 000 and I came 52nd male in the race.
Today I did a track session of 2km 4 times km and 5 times 200
