This looks like a good schedule. Personally i'd look to extend the tempo run slightly in distance over the next 3 weeks and/or increase the pace by up to 15 seconds per mile.
A slow 7 miler as an absolute maximum this weekend (provided you have completed the necessary training beforehand which it sounds like you have with the 14 mile LSR's).
Next week, perhaps a couple of easy 4's and a 5k at race pace.
