Is this race being run in 2013?
Thanks guys...I'm trying not to overthink it!
I'm going to work from the RW 7 day plan and stretch it out with a further long run, a recovery run and some speed work.....and stay out of the pub.
I work a 10 day shift pattern of 6 on 4 off(ish) which basically means that the traditional 7 day plan is diffcult to follow. Does anyone know of a decent 10 day plan for a sub 3.30 marathon?
I work a 10 day shift pattern so could with do with one too.
