Morning all,

Havent been on the forum for a while, when i last posted i was still deciding weather i was going to run in Paris due to on going injuries but im NOT running which is a shame but the good news is that I have finally sorted out my injuries with orthotics & lots of core training!!!! Im have decided to not do any long distance running & concentrate on triathlon training which is going GREAT!

How is everyone doing? this thread is so--------o long now it will take me forever to catch up!

Im still going to Paris so I will be to support you all!!

Morning all,

Im currently training for my 1st sprint tri which is the stratford 220 in may. However i was wondering about taking part in the one of the races in the Hillingdon Tri Series. Just wondered if this series is beginner friendly? I see that the format is slighty different as the bike ride is last and its also an open water swim however im a strong swimmer. Im not sure if it will be too much too soon!

 Hope you can help.
