| Same thing happened to me 4 years ago Edith. I gave them the time I thought I went through the finish and they checked via video footage. Hopefully, as you finished 3.30 you were in pen 3 or 4 so it only took you a couple of minutes to go over the start line so have not list much time from the chip |

After last couple of years I avoided the forum, so I stayed relaxed and not too stressed with the build up. Seems to have worked as I came in at 3.33.40 - over the moon with that, although should have gone 7 seconds quicker to get all the 3's |

Hi all, been busy with work so not had a chance to post on here for a while. After a couple of weeks off after the marathon I've been back to it but on much lower mileage (20-25miles a week). Ran Bluewater 10k last weekend (forst 10k in over a year) and got a PB with 44.40 even though it was a very tough course with an upward climb that lasts 3/4 mile. Now planning a nice flat 10k (probably felsted) that I can go sub 44. SB - sorry to hear about redundancy, happened to me 3 years ago, didn't feel like it at the time but best thing that happened to me, hope things work out for you |
