Having to ask a colleague to do that for me as im in the isle of wight

and i know mobile phone connections can be a bit dodgy over there

looking at a 2 year strategy now....

get fast and stronger 10k's to 1/2 marathons ready for an all out

attack in 2014...............................

i can't let this go....................... i'll be back...................

reporting in............

5:04 nearly cried when i realised i wasnt gonna make it
ITB's kicked in both legs due to the road cambers,
i didnt realise that running along the kerb would do that.

i had 7km to do in 53 mins to beat 5 hours and still failed gutted....
looks like im gonna have to try again

lol no arm holes, might be an idea if its raining!!!

 Thats it then last 4 mile easy done, just last day as work today and expo tomorrow!

Will i see any of you guys up there i wonder?

Hope the weather isn't like today, (raining windy and cold )

 Last run tonight just a gentle 4 miler

kits safe in a cupboard, trying to think what i can take thats warm but throwaway before the start.....
