Trin - don't worry about it too much. One bad feedback, especially if you've left and explanation won't hurt anyone. You've got to leave feedback as you see it, and if you've had bad service you owe it to the future customers of the seller to let them know what he's like. I look for the negatives but look to see if there's a trend.
