I don't seem to spring off my toes/ball of foot as much as I could and my calves proportionately seem less developed than other leg muscles. How could I CHANGE MY TECHNIQUE to correct this? 1. Lean forwards slightly? and/or 2. longer stride? thanks |

Bi linguality is a great thing ... especially if parents are from differetn countries. However in this country bilingual basically means being able to do a bit of french for your holiday to most people. This is a waste of educational time as any foreign businessperson worth their salt speaks english. Let's teach Hindi or Cantonese (or even Spanish for S America) to be ready for tomorrow's real business world. Unfortunately the teachers aren't there to do it! Or even Latin to give a good grounding for most of the European languages. It's also a myth that young children can learn languages faster than adults. they can't because they have not got the cognitive tools and methods of learning. anyway rather than wasting time on languages let's get kids (especially boys) doing more exercise. Running now what resources does that need...err a little field some trainers and a teacher....hmmm. |
