so here's the deal, got bacterial tonsillitis, treated with course of antibi's. Got two days left but have started snoring real bad, to the point that pregant Mrs Oxon got up last night and disapeared into spare bedroom.... is this normal? Will it get better and Also the illness knocked me for six for about 3 days proper before the antibi's started to control the bacteria and attack it. When can i start Bike, Swim, Run again - easy sessions on Turbo okay? For what it is worth feel okay now just a little jaded.... |

need to trundle off and see a sports physio I reckon. Without being properly checked out then any advice offered could compound your issue! And for my 5p worh cycling could make it worse !!! |

eat 5 to 6 times a day, little and often so something like the below: Bkfst: Museli, Yoghurt & fruit Mid Morning 11am: Ham Salad Sandwich & Apple - or Protein//Carb shake Lunch1 -2pm - Fish/Chicken/Tofu, Veg and Jacket/Pasta/Rice 5pm ish: FlapJack type thing and banana with glass of milk. whenever back from Gym: Omlette with more Veg. Key is to eat protein with every meal and ensure that you drink at least 2 ltrs per day of water. You should never be hungary! |

| yes very much so, Mrs Oxon is now 3 1/2 months or so and runs 2 - 3 times 3 - 5 miles each week coupled with spinning, basic advice is to not to increase mileage run slower and get a heart rate monitor. Best off checking with your midfwife to get the confidence that you need |
