Been away from here for ages, training and work got in the way!

I did London the other weekend in 3:59:13 so very very chuffed!!! I ran the first half in 1:59:21 and the second half in 1:59:52 so not bad pacing.

Well done to everyone else.

Rachel - Your running seems to be going well and it seems you have a positive outlook on everything, fantastic!

Carl - WOW! A flat half and it may have been 1.35, seriously good time for that course.

Dd - Great time and congrats on the PB!

I also ran the Great North West Half at the weekend and I smashed my PB! Previously it was 2.06.55 and I knew I would get under 2 hours, but I went better finishing in 1.47.42, SO CHUFFED!! Splits of; 8.20, 8.07, 8.06, 8.10, 8.07, 8.12, 8.23, 8.17, 8.09, 8.13, 8.10, 8.10, 8.35, 6.51 (0.11m).

Not posted in a while but I am sorry to hear about health problems Rachel. Fingers crossed you get some good news in early March.

My own running is going pretty well. I did just over 15 miles yesterday @ 9.45 pace. The first 12 at about 9.50-55, with the last 3 at 9.26, 9.23, 9.21.

Generally sounds like everyone is doing pretty well, so thats good to hear!

6 miles tonight in awful weather. Gale force winds and driving rain. Still, its better than the treadmill!

SJ - Yeah just a bit far for a midweek 10k! I may have considered it at a weekend.

Just over 6 miles tonight for me. Its a bit windy and rainy out there. Very "character building!"
