hi is every one getting excited for tomorrow

i,m really nervous  ,   well thats all the training done and if we are not ready now we never will be .   i,m stuck  in the indecision ,   should i risk a racing shoe(adidas   adizero)  on the description of the shoe says they are suitable for any thing up to a marathon, but dont offer much support.    or go for the heavier  more conventional  softer shoe  ,   i am really stuck   heeeellllppppp

hey every one

sorry i didnt manage  to  catch up with any one yesterday at the blaydon race.      although i was  keeping a low profile,  with sunderland harriers splashed all over my chest,  been in the middle of newcastle and all lol       it was a great night  and a cracking atmosphere tho,   and how fast was that race please,    went off waaaayy    too quick   with the first mile in  5.30  and the second mile 5.38  ,   and the 3rd mile 5.48,  and then just hung on the last 3 mile  6.12   , 6.12   and the final bit  just hanging on  6.14,   like you martin ,  any structure for this race went out the window,   but i was happy with 35.55,       did any one else get  the distance   6.03 miles on there garmen

well done every one that finished some great times too
