Hi SaySay. We've been testing Kinesiology Tape on our blog and are just about to write-up the findings. To be honest we had the same opinion as M.ister before we started! However we have seen some great results. We don't know if its the power of the mind or the body but it has certainly helped improve recovery. Would be really interested to hear your feedback.
