18 miles today after parkrun. Slightly concerned as was knackered at the end. Run was 418 metres but were some very steep climbs involved and quite a bit off road. Would someone mind having a look at my run profile, never done SNOD before and am slightly concerned as that has another 500 odd metres attached to it.
Got 23 next week, not sure how to go about that elevation wise. Had 2 gels today but it was my legs that were tired. Think mile 12 ish depleted me as it was very steep and off road.
Not one for panicking but today's run really did take it out of me
