Ran Conwy yesterday, aiming for sub 1.40 got 1.40.07. Not done much training since Berlin so not bad. Only concern is Snowdon is a lot higher, going to be a lot harder. 4th time running Conwy and always race it. Guess difference in Snowdon is I'll be doing a lot of walking. Still def doing it but did make me think how the hell am I going tI run double the distance and 3x (I think) height.
