Well, been to the osteo again today and have to go back again in three weeks. The problem is improving but is still going to need another couple of visits apparently .... bum Keep trying to kid myself that it feels alright but there is still a degree of stiffness in my lower back and tenderness in my glutes.
I know that compared to 2 or 3 weeks ago it is a lot better but it's getting a bit frustrating now ..... still I can't speed it up so have to remain patient
Thanks for the nudge, FF. I used to carry an organ donation card but lost it along the way - this is a much easier method. Too old to donate bone marrow ..
